eBritish IELTS takes great pride in complete customer satisfaction. For it, we provide all necessary information regarding our services upfront on our website, in emails, and on counseling calls. While we do our best to cater to the needs of the students and provide complete assistance, we even expect the students to be sufficiently motivated and committed.
Still, in the case of dissatisfaction, we give the students a right to raise their issues immediately and give us an opportunity to resolve them. Please note that all the enrolments after availing of the demo package are not entitled to any refund. We have a "NO REFUND" policy for these. It means that the fees once paid for any such package are non-refundable and the student cannot raise a refund request.
However, if you have enrolled in the package without using the demo package, you can ask for a refund within three days of the purchase. Also, another reason that can get you a refund is – payment gateway or technical errors. If you are charged twice for the same package purchase due to these reasons, you can ask for a refund. For any other reason, all the services at eBritish IELTS are non-refundable.
